Administration of Estates
When
a person dies their estate will be administered by their
personal representatives. These will be the people named
in the Will to act as executors or the deceased’s next
of kin if no Will has been left. In either case being a
personal representative can be a heavy burden and in
some cases technically difficult and legally
challenging. All this in addition to the distress of
losing someone close to you.
Sympathetic advice and guidance at a time like this can
relieve you of the worry of obtaining Probate and
administering and distributing the estate correctly and
efficiently.
