How much will it cost 

We recognise that seeing a solicitor often comes at a difficult and stressful time in our clients’ lives. We aim to provide high quality legal advice combined with value for money as we appreciate that finances can often be very tight when a relationship breaks down. Sometimes free advice is available.

We are formally approved by the Legal Services Commission to offer Public Funding (previously known as ‘Legal Aid’) to our clients and have been awarded their Quality Service Standard. We will assess the financial eligibility of every client for Public Funding.

It is our policy to provide you with an estimate of the likely costs at the outset and we will regularly review that estimate at intervals during your case so there are no nasty surprises.

We are happy to assist our clients’ to budget for their legal expenses and we like to keep our charging arrangements simple. Occasionally we are able to offer fixed fees please ask.
