Position 

Partner and Head of the Private Client Department

Career 

Lee trained with the firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 1984. He became a partner in 1987 and now heads the Private Client Department which deals with all aspects of Wills, administration of estates, trusts, personal taxation, Court of Protection matters, Powers of Attorney and the affairs of the elderly. 

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society’s Probate Section.

Education 

He was educated locally at the former Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Hartlebury, Worcestershire before graduating in Law from Wolverhampton University. He then completed the Solicitors Final Examinations at the Law Society’s College of Law in Chester 

Leisure 

Lee is married with two daughters. He is a keen sportsman, particularly in hockey and cricket. He was chairman of Stourport Hockey Club between 2003 and 2006 and still plays regularly for the Club appearing in two National Veterans Cup competition finals in 2003 and 2006. His other great passion is music where he has acquired something of a reputation for pop music trivia.
