Hero of the Month for October (2022)

It is a pleasure to announce that the Hero of the Month for October is our Practice Manager, Sian Edney.

She basically organises the firm, the Partners and is the “glue” that holds the firm together.  Regularly working out of hours, even coming in on days off, not to mention a good dollop of common sense, we can’t speak highly enough of Sian.

Her duties cover a myriad of tasks from IT and telephone issues, health and safety matters, data protection, compliance, CPD and she is also our COFA.  Not to mention organising professional indemnity and other insurance matters, practising certificates and Law Society Accreditations and renewals.

Sian has been particularly busy with implementing new procedures for the firm, most notably, the firm’s change to a Limited Liability Partnership. Sian has worked tirelessly to enable this to happen. Sian has dealt with it as with all of her managerial duties (from the mundane shopping for tea and milk to the late-night fire-alarm call outs) with a positive attitude and a quiet modesty. Nothing is too much trouble for Sian.

Sian is popular and loyal and Painters Law are proud and fortunate to have her.
