Julie is a lawyer in our litigation department at Painters and joined us in 2019.  She deals with disputed matters for both individuals and companies, a role she has been undertaking for almost 18 years.  Julie began her legal career in the legal department of a major High Street bank before joining law firms in both Warwickshire and Worcestershire.   Julie deals with many types of disputes including those where the Court is involved and also those cases which can be settled by way of negotiation or mediation.    Some of the disputes Julie deals with include:

Property disputes (boundary issues, trespass, damage)

Breach of contract claims

Recovery of debts

Landlord and tenant matters

Disputed Wills and inheritance Claims

Company and individual insolvency / bankruptcy
