Nick attended Chigwell House School and the King Edward VI Five Ways Grammar School. Read Law and Economics at the University of Keele and attended College of law at Chester for Solicitor's Final examinations.
Nick is now Painter's Senior Partner having been with the firm for over 30 years.
He is Head of the Property Department having carried out Property work throughout his career and is now one of the most experienced Conveyancers in the County with a reputation to match from both colleagues in the profession and clients resulting in him currently being Vice President of the Worcestershire Law Society.
He particularly specialises in Rural and Agricultural Law heading up the firm's Agricultural Team acting for many farmers and landowners including a charity that owns many farms in the region.
He also brings his wealth of experience and practical advice to Estate Development, acting for many builders and developers as well as to other areas of Property Law:-

He is Chairman of Kidderminster Civic Society, Secretary of the John Brecknell Trust, sits on the Advisory Board of the Museum of Carpet Trust, Kidderminster Heritage Opportunities Group and is Governor of a Local School and an Academy.
Having been a past Chairman of the West Midland Royal Yachting Association he is used to being consulted on various difficulties and is pleased to offer this broad experience to the advantage of individual clients, businesses and charities.
